Still Confused?
Don’t Worry We Got Answers
What's inside it?
Eleven Ayurvedic herbs including honey, licorice, bael, tulsi, vasaka, long pepper, peppermint, eucalyptus, ginger, turmeric (Curcuma longa) and lemon, in a water base with approved preservative.
How is it different from a syrup or a lozenge?
A syrup needs a spoon and usually a glass of water. A lozenge takes ten minutes to dissolve and rarely reaches the spot that's actually bothering you. A spray lands exactly where it hurts in two seconds, wherever you happen to be.
Is it safe for long-term daily use?
Yes, when used as directed. No steroids, no artificial colours, non-habit-forming.
Does it sting or burn?
No. You'll feel a distinct cooling from the peppermint and eucalyptus. That's the formula landing, not irritation.
Will it make me drowsy?
No. Unlike many cough syrups, this is a herbal spray with no sedating ingredients, so you can use it mid-workday without it slowing you down.
Can I use it along with medicine my doctor prescribed?
It's an Ayurvedic preparation, but if you're already on prescribed medication, check with your doctor before adding anything new to your routine.
How many sprays, and how often?
Five to six sprays, two to three times a day, or as directed by a Vaidya or physician. Shake before use and aim at the back of the throat.
Who can use Ayuvya Throat Spray?
Adults dealing with an itchy, sore or dry throat, whether it comes from season change, air conditioning, dust and pollution, or a long day of talking.
